Vanilla Cupcake Ingredients

  • Flour - 2 cups
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Yeast - 30 g
  • Sugar - 0.5 cups
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Raisins - 50 g
  • Nuts - 50 g
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Vanillin

Vanilla Cupcake Recipe

Vanilla cupcake is cooked according to this recipe. Heat the milk and dilute the yeast in it, add salt, flour and knead a stiff dough. Roll the dough into a ball, cut the top along the radius and lower the dough into a saucepan with warm water (2-2.5 l). Cover the pot with a lid and place in a warm place to rise. In a separate bowl, grind the egg with sugar and vanilla until white, add softened butter and grind everything until fluffy.

Remove the increased dough from the water, knead, then add the egg mixture, knead again until smooth. Add raisins to the dough, and, if desired, peeled chopped nuts. Transfer the dough into a mold (up to 0.5 of its height), cover with a napkin and put in heat. When the dough has risen and filled the mold to 3/4 of its height, put the cake in the oven and bake for 30-50 minutes. Put the finished vanilla cake out of the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and transfer to a dish with a napkin.
