According to this recipe, you can cook stuffed eggs, cheese and ham are used as a filling, and mashed potatoes serve as a side dish.

Stuffed Egg Recipe Ingredients

  • Cheese - 25 g
  • Ham - 50 g
  • White bread - 50 g
  • Onion - 0.5 pcs.
  • Milk - 0.5 cups
  • Potato - 500 g
  • Oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

Stuffed Eggs Recipe

Stuffed eggs are cooked according to this recipe. Boil the eggs in a steep, peel, cut in half, remove the yolk from each half and cut out part of the protein to make the recess oblong. Wipe the yolks through a sieve, add finely chopped proteins, boiled ham and greens. Finely chop the onion, fry in butter and mix with egg yolks. Add 2 tbsp. milk, salt, pepper and a raw egg. Mix well and fill the egg halves with the minced meat, giving each half the shape of a whole egg. Prepare mashed potatoes and put mashed potatoes on a baking sheet. Put symmetrically stuffed eggs on mashed potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with butter and bake in the oven. Ham can be replaced with boiled chopped mushrooms, fried meat, chicken and other products.
